Home Building
Provided him copies of drawings prepared by our archetect as well as other legal documents and permits related to the land site. We wanted to start construction in the fall. Mr. Wolf taked us into waiting for spring. As spring approached and we had not heard from him and needed to start the bank work for the mortgage, my husband contacted Mr. Wolf. After several calls, we actually caught him answering. He told us he was too busy and would not be able to build our home. VERY unprofessional. He also has refused to return our drawings and personal papers. Thank goodness we had not paid him anything, but he did waste many months of our time and kept valuable documents that we have had to pay to reproduce.
