He's very good. He has always been on call. We haven't had any problem. He's excellent. It's still under warranty. The guy is fabulous. When he comes, he calls. He'll tell you upfront that you don't need maintenance every year if you keep your filter clean. He's a very honest fellow. The price is very fair. I would absolutely use them in the future.
