Brandt was referred by a friend who had their roof replaced last fall. I contacted Brandt and spoke with Jay, the owner. He promptly scheduled a vist and provided an estimate within a day or two.
Brandt wasn't the least expensive; however, their referrals were excellent and I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Several of the referrals were located in Carlisle's historic district
We executed a contract and they mobilized about two weeks later once they received the materials in the chosen color.
The project took approx. 1 1/2 weeks to complete mostly due to weather. They maintained a watertight installation throughout construction and Jay was onsite with the crews and constantly in contact with us. They were courteous and kept our property clean and safe.
Our house is approx. 150 years old and Brandt recommended vented ridge and soffit to increase attic ventilation - something the others didn't. In addition, he was very versed in historic renovations and our roof, 1/2 round gutters, corrugated downspouts, etc. have the historic look we desired.
I would highly Brandt's services, especially when it comes to properly installed standing seam metal roof systems. We received the manufacturers' 35 year material and Brant's five year workmanship warranties.
