Hoovers was very responsive but I never received a call from them about the work they did. I had no problem allowing them into my home while I was not there but wish I had been. Was charged $140.00 for trip/time. Bill did not reflect how long they were there or their hourly rate. Rate appeared high to me for the work that was done.

They are reliable and they do good work.

He over charged me. He bought a young man with him and he charge me double. I shouldn't have to pay for him to teach someone how to do plumbing work. He installed a smaller pump for me and then charge me for a larger more expensive one. We went round and round on the phone and I was force to just hang up.
