At first their responsiveness and punctuality was bad as they kept putting us off.  They really never gave us a start date.  So for approx. 3 weeks we got no information from them as to when they were going to start the work.  The job required heavy equipment to be brought in.  Then all of a sudden, I called and they said they would be out on such and such date.  We were very hesitant, however they did bring the heavy equipment in and they began the job.  The guys were very professional and they got the job done in 2 days.  We thought it would take like a week to do the repair.  So we are very happy with the timeframe, but were even more happier when we got the bill.  Their quote to us for them to do the job was almost $13,000.00.  Their charge after all was said and done was $6000.00!!  We were very happy at the end, even though at the beginning we were not so happy.

This was the second time that I employed Blue Mountain Excavating. I called them back because they did such a good job the first time I hired them.
