Showed up on time and did high quality work.  His estimate was lower than we thought. They finished the job quickly for exactly what they told us it would cost.  My wife is very happy with her new dinning room.  We gave his card to all our neighbors and will use him for our next project.

Horrible. They showed up an hour late (8:30) and stopped working at 3:30. They left holes all around my patio door and windows with little insullation during one of the coldest days (that night dropped to 29 degrees). They left junk all through my house (wall pieces, paint chips, wood chips, screws, nails) and left my old windows laying in my front yard. (I live in a condo and the associates was upset - as well as myself). My one bedroom window wouldn't close and lock. I thought it was in upside down, but it turns out it just wasn't leveled correctly after they put it in the day before and they had to repair that. (I am a single Mom living on a ground floor condo - not very safe). I called the next morning to let Bryan know that my very expensive electric heat had been running all night because of the gaps he left, about the trash all through the yard and about the window that wouldn't close (he laughed at that - I didn't find it funny). I asked him to come out and get the holes closed up and he said he would be there around 11. (I called at 8:30 in the morning). Bryan sent 2 of his workers out to clean up and start working....needless to say, after they left I found dry wall paste all over furnature, windows, and curtains. I found they did not finish up the work outside and did not complete the work inside. After fighting with them for a few days, Bryan wanted out of the contract and did not want to finish the job or repair what he did not do correctly. We split ways and that is when I found out how bad his work truly was. He put siding up and it looked like a 3 yr old put it in (holes and gaps all around, not measured correctly, and nails/staples falling out or not in tight). He did not finish the trim on my kitchen window, dry wall was not complete, my outside patio light was cut (Bryan cut the socket off I guess to use as an outlet because he did not put my outlet in or finish that part - still isn't done), nails are all through my yard and patio, he took my screen door for my patio door (there were holes in the screen and he said he would replace the screen with one that had bigger holes - not the same size screen - said wasn't exceptable so he took a door that he shouldn't have).
As far as I am concerned this guy discriminates against women and just because I went through the County to get the loan to do the windows (emergency fund because I had mold growing on them and I have serious health issues that this was making worse) he thought I would just shut up and let him do this work horribly. I have an almost $5000 loan out and this guy won't finish the job. Very unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this guy.

It was great!  All of the companies that we interviewed only seemed to care about the insurance money we were going to receive, and they said they would do the job for whatever amount the insurance company would pay.  B L Bradley was different.  They took the time to draft a professional estimate and didn't care about what the insurance was going to provide.  Furthermore, their estimate was competitively priced, and they completed the work on time.  We would use them again.
