I ended up switching because I found more competitive pricing. They hadn't adjusted their pricing with the market enough. They were expensive.

the tank ran out on thanksgivingWe use them for our home heating oil and routine annual maintenance for our burners/ heaters/ etc. They are always prompt and courteous. When we first moved in, we were unaware of the need to fill the tank (the previous owners left little oil), and the tank ran out on Thanksgiving. They came quickly and filled our tank on a holiday. They had only met us once! We are very pleased with their service.
