Tim always answered my emails in timely fashion. He explained the cleaning procedure and set realistic expectations about the results (the cedar siding was quite beaten up). The outcome was worth the work: the house looks way better and the windows are sparking clean.

He did a great job. Called him on a day he happened to have availability and he was at the house within a couple hours washing the Windows. Very nice and the Windows look great.
