This was a big and tedious all-day job requiring the dashboard to be taken apart. When finished, there were a couple of minor issues with the gauges sticking. Vince wanted the car to be perfect, so he did test drives with us and took it back again for another day (at no charge) until all was perfect. Great repair work and great customer service!

This was an occasion where Vince went the extra mile, literally. In order to reset the car's computer it needed to be driven for about 50 miles, so he called and asked if he could drive it home (to NJ) before just going on a junket. He did this and it did reset so he saved me some extra diagnostic time with the computer.
I have had ALL my Honda's serviced by Vince. I find no one as efficient, competent and HONEST as Vince. when my Acura transmission lost a gear, he let me find a lower cost 'used' transmission on line, shipped from Chicago, and installed it for me. It has worked great. He even fixed a leaky seal on it later which was no fault of his, and did not complain.
I have never had a reason to doubt his work. When I didn't like one repair, he took me for a road test, agreed with me and changed the part for no extra charge. He really wants his customers to stick. I do. So do my friends. It's not going to be a well-kept secret for long.

Very honest provider. Basically they took one look at what local Acura dealer said needed to be done, and told us that one-half of what dealer said the car needed was not needed. Only reason for the B was that car still makes a noise when we turn wheel to extreme side, but car has over 200,000 miles on it so no big deal.

They are very accommodating. Vince is always involved - the owner. The price isn't cheap, but it is fair.

I was given a call with a diagnosis in less than the time promised. Options for repair were presented clearly and I felt they were honest about the implications of each. In fact, I took their recommendation to and quot;wait and seeand quot; before doing more expensive work and the problem has not recurred. This saved me a lot of money!
Vince's is not the fastest shop around, they have a limited staff and strive to do quality work and build long term relationships with their customers. I've found them worth the wait. we have 3 cars serviced there on a regular basis.
The shop is very aggressive in monitoring and communicating the need for scheduled services, often well before they're due. They also send quite frequent coupons in the mail that are tailored to upcoming service requirements of our specific cars. Although this is thoughtful and customer-centric, it borders on the annoying.
At the end of the day, what counts for me is a shop I can trust, that does quality work, is convenient to me and is fairly priced. Vince's meets all these key criteria for me!

They are just excellent. I've been going to them for years. They will go out of their way to save me money.

Vince's Auto Service workers are smart and very kind. They are very prompt and efficient. They go the extra mile and truly care. They save me money and go out of their way to help me. They always have coupons and their prices are great. I have complaints for anything.

THEY ALWAYS GET DONE ON TIME. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND I HAVE USED THEM FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. I KNOW I CAN DEPEND ON THEM FOR SERVICES.
