It well exceeded my expectations! Task Complete was professional and caring from start to finish. The basement looks fantastic, and I feel like I have a weight lifted from my shoulders. I couldn't have provided any advice on organizing it that would have made it any more efficient or organized - and I'm an organization freak. Val was always on time, always professional, got right to work, and did many things that I wouldn't have expected her to handle, including hauling ALL of the card board boxes that were now recyclable out of the basement to the garage.
I like the work so much that I"ve asked her to come back and do the garage.
Throughout the whole process, Kelly Ann (the owner of Task Complete) has kept me informed and has a great system for ensuring that I have all updated information that I need at any point in time. I love these guys and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing concierge services!
