The crew that came out to perform the work were also polite and they were neat. They cleaned up after themselves and actually made it look better than before. Steer clear of this company if you don't want to waste your money. I hired them to treat a row of approx 10 spruce trees affected by a fungus. At the time, only two showed signs of the disease and they told me it was good I caught it early. That they could essentially stop the disease from getting any worse. After I paid them over $500 for 4 treatments, many of the trees began showing signs of the disease and will likely need to be taken down. I wish it was possible to load pictures to illustrate how little value they delivered. Savatree's customer service is even worse than their ability to cure sick trees. Their office manager wouldn't return my calls to discuss the matter until I called every other day and threatened to continue doing so until he responded. I had to speak to him on a recorded line and his approach to me bordered on hostile. He told me I was "ignorant" of how their chemicals work and then offered to cut the trees down at a reduced price. In other words, their "guarantee" means they will charge you less to fix what they didn't get right in the first place. Savatree is perhaps the sketchiest company I've dealt with in a long time. Incompetent and unbelievably unpleasant to do business with.

We have used this company several times. They are always prompt, professional and efficient. They were careful about falling branches, aware of telephone and electric wires, and gates and fences while they were cutting and removing stumps. This is also the company that feeds cares for our beautiful maple tree each fall. I would call them for any kind of tree work. The office staff is as polite and prompt and efficient as there tree crews. They are a bit pricey, but very much worth it with the good work they do.

The crew was very professional. They cut down the tree in stages being careful not to damage my neighbor's nearby fence. The cleanup was done quickly and thoroughly.

Chad Wagner, the arborist, responded promptly to my call, reviewed the work to be done, & set up an appointment for the tree removal which involved planning for a crane. The workers had a limited area to work in & multiple obstacles to avoid but they were able to complete the jobs without any issues.

They were here promptly and did what they were supposed to do. My only comment was that you have to negotiate after the fact. They gave me an estimate but they had to go back and forth with me at the end. They don't give me a breakdown on what was done. The quality of the work was excellent.
