SavATree - Bucks County

Steer clear of this company if you do not want to waste your money. I hired them to treat a row of approximately 10 spruce trees affected by fungus. At the time, only two showed signs of the disease and they told me it was good I caught it early. That they could essentially stop the disease from getting any worse. After I paid them over $500 for 4 treatments, many of the trees began showing signs of the disease and will likely need to be taken down. I wish it was possible to load pictures to illustrate how little value they delivered. SavATrees customer service is even worse than their ability to cure sick trees. Their office manager would not return my calls to discuss the matter until I called every other day and threatened to continue doing so until he responded. I had to speak to him on a recorded line and his approach to me bordered on hostile. He told me I was **ignorant** of how their chemicals work and then offered to cut the trees down at a reduced price. In other words, their **guarantee** means they will charge you less to fix what they did not get right in the first place. This is perhaps the sketchiest company I have dealt with in a long time. Incompetent and unbelievably unpleasant to do business with.

Did a nice job

While I didn't hire SavATree for tree removal, I wound up hiring them for tree care. I was thrilled with their expert advice on saving some of the other trees in our yard - they are real arborists who know their stuff. Right away, their expert identified 3 trees that were suffering, and the cause. I contracted with them immediately to administer "first aid" and ongoing fertilization, etc. I am thrilled they were one of the pros sent by Home Advisor, and am very much looking forward to working with them.

Came out quickly and gave an estimate and work was completed within a week from first contact. Several branches had come down during storm of April 3rd and by April 11th all work was complete.

ESTIMATE WAS QUICK. TREES WERE DONE WITHIN A FEW DAYS . NO MESS LEFT BEHIND.
