We would highly recommend R Jones Painting to anyone. They painted all of our houses in November 2022. They did a fabulous job and were very friendly, and professional. They provided us with a complimentary color consultation with a color expert who helped us pick paint for all of the rooms. The consultant was great, professional, knowledgeable, and also very friendly. Apart from being very thorough painting, they did extra things that they did not charge us for they fixed a tube that was loose on the washing machine when they painted the laundry room, they fixed a loose railing, and a French door that was scraping the floor in one of the rooms. They also painted our front door at no additional cost. We have three young children who managed to get the walls dirty after they were already painted while the Hugos team was still there. They fixed all of them at no extra cost. Our son had Pokemon stickers all over the walls in his room. It was a lot to take down so we told them not to worry about trying to save them, and that they could just take them down and throw them away. After they were done with his room we noticed that they removed all the stickers, and placed them neatly on our sons bed frame. They helped us move the furniture and made sure nothing got damaged in the process. Apart from painting all the rooms they also painted built-ins in the living room and they turned out beautifully. They came early every morning and worked hard all day. Hugo was at the site every day supervising and working with the crew. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He provided us with valuable advice, for example on how the ceiling in the foyer should be painted. He was always eager to address any questions and concerns and always asked for our opinion. He also told us how to store the leftover paint to prolong its life. They completed the work on time, within the time frame they provided us before they started, without sacrificing the quality of their work. When they left our children kept asking when the nice painters are coming back and were devastated to learn that they were done. We highly recommend R Jones Painting, and will only be using them for future projects - they are the best!

They placed drop clothes throughout the home. They went above and beyond with unexpected prep work. He mentioned that he â treats every home like his ownâ . The finished product speaks for itself. I was referred to R Jones Painting by a friend. Hugo was fantastic to work with. He and his team painted 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Some of the rooms required removal of wallpaper. Hugo was on-site working side by side with his crew. The crew was professional, on time, neat, and hard working. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the end result.

He is a great listener, his team showed up on time, did a great job paining my unusual house exterior black. When the railing started peeling bc of rotted wood he came back and repainted at no cost. I will 100% work with them again when I do my interior.

Hugo and his crew did an absolutely amazing job painting my house. It started off as a small job, taking the wallpaper off in 2 rooms and painting and it ended up with the entire house getting painted. Everyday I would come home and I was so happy with the painting that I would add more rooms on to the job. They stripped my walnut railing and restained it and it looks spectacular, like a brand new railing. The thing that I was most impressed with was Hugo s honesty that my bedroom ceiling was going to collapse soon and that it needed to be reinforced right away. He saved me a lot of money and hours of anguish. Hugo communicated with me every day and kept me up to date on the job. He was very professional and patient. And reasonably priced. Their work was extremely neat and detailed and they kept my house clean without any paint mishaps especially since my floors were brand new. I would highly recommend him and his work.

We hired R.Jones Painting to do the interior of our house. At first, I wanted a painter to paint the wood in our living room and bedroom (along with other rooms). Hugo was very honest with us about what would happen if we painted that wood because he wanted to make sure the job was the best quality. Hugo and his team were so personalble with us as well. My dad had knee surgery, and every time I would see them, he would ask how my dad was doing. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team to anyone who needs painting done in their house!!

We needed the entire interior of our house painted including closets and ceilings because the former owner was a heavy smoker. We met with several painters and selected Hugo because he was the most professional. He measured every room, explained what we needed to do to eliminate the odor, provided us with a written estimate right away, and showed us his license and insurance information. His crew arrived every day on time and went right to work. They never left our house during the workday, even eating their lunch here. They were very courteous and respectful, Hugo did an excellent job of planning out the work so it did not interfere with our lives. Hugo informed us every day of the work they were going to do each day. At the end of the workday, he informed us of what they would be doing the next day and what we needed to do to prepare (empty closets. remove breakable. His crew did move all the furniture). They made small repairs to the walls and ceilings such as filling holes, replacing drywall tape where needed, etc. They cleaned surfaces as needed including washing the kitchen walls. Sanded where needed. They cleaned up every day so we were not displaced. They were very easy to work with and friendly. I highly recommend R. Jones Painting.

Hugo and his team arrived on time, prepared to work every day. I hired them to do a big job, of removing wallpaper and painting most of my house. The plan was for them to work Monday - Friday, and when the wallpaper removal took longer than expected, putting them behind schedule, they made sure to come in on Saturday to finish up. They were all very friendly, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves each day. I would highly recommend Hugo and his team to any one of my friends and family. In fact, I will be having them back in a few weeks to paint the remaining rooms in the house that were not part of the original project.

He was really good to work with. He's honest, professional, clean and nice. He was respectful of my home and was thoughtful of not wasting the paint. He was punctual every day and the work was done withing the scheduled time he gave me.

Would not hire again! Very poor work product and Hugo morales just argues about the job even when it looks terrible. Don’t waste your energy!

Had popcorn ceiling removed, wallpaper removed, painted walls and woodwork in living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, foyer. All was done in an extremely timely manner. Cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend R. Jones Painting. Very satisfied.

Hugo was focused on customer service from the moment I called. He returned my call promptly (within an hour) and presented a quote on visit (which he was also able to do that same day). He and his crew painted ceilings, trim, a 2-story foyer, closets and kitchen (which required a lot of cutting in) to my complete satisfaction. He made sure I was completely satisfied each day.
