"The truth of any out come should always be told good or bad.Apparently Mrs.Bhada did not feel telling the world that the finale decision made by merchant services " her credit card company institution " WAS IN FAVOR OF NEWTOWN ELECTRONICS. After a lengthy paper work process and after reviewing the many copy's of e-mails exchanged by newton electronics and Mrs.Bhada it was determined that Mrs.Bhada was notified of the exact charges she was about to incur if we proceeded with the repairs. Its to bad i can't post the copy's of her emails her for the world to see as this would make things as clear for those reading this as it did for merchant services.It's to bad also that Mrs.Bhada did not spend as much time posting the out come of the dispute as she did writing it.We have been in business for for over sixty years and if it was not for Mrs.Bhada posting this we would have no negative posts at all, doesn't that say something when a company runs over 700 service call's a year ? and has only one negative post. as far as requesting credit card info up front from a customer, this is so not the way we do business Mrs.Bhada offered this form of payment because we DO request payment at the time of work completion.As she stated she was not going to be in the area when the work was completed and offered the credit card ahead of time as payment [ AND WAS NOT BILLED UNTIL COPY'S OF THE COMPLETED WORK WAS EMAILED TO HER !!! ] again i wish i could post those emails here, but any way thats the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
