+ -1 moreI contacted this business for an estimate on foundation repair for a historic home. The owner sent someone out to take pictures and collect inspection records relevant to the foundation. After a couple weeks, I called the company and asked if they were going to provide an estimate as I had requested. The owner called me back and assured me that I would have his estimate by the end of the week. It's 5 months later and I'm still waiting. Although I understand that sometimes contractors don't have time to fit more projects into their schedules, I would have appreciated more honesty in this case. I found the owner's behavior to be unprofessional.
