snow removal
 + -1 moreI called and left a message, and got a call back right away, around 2:30pm. I was told they were in my neighborhood, and would be over with snowblowers in about an hour. I waited 3 hours, and no one showed up. I called back and left another message. 2 hours later, I called again, and the voicemail inbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I ended up having to out in the dark to shovel the snow myself - which had now turned into ice. I have never had a contractor or company not show up, not return calls, and not even text me. I'm disappointed, and upset that I put my trust in them.
Description of Work: I called for snow removal services. I needed my sidewalk and driveway shoveled right after a storm before it froze that night.
