Brad repaired two basement cracks for us 4 years as a contractor for another company. The repairs were guaranteed for ever. One of the cracks started leaking again and, when I went back to the company, they had changed owners and the new owner would not uphold the guarantee. Someone saw my recent rating of that company (a lousy rating at this point) and got us in touch with Brad who said that he had done the work and would stand by the guarantee. Brad came today at no charge and put more plugs where the leak had recurred. You do not find many people that honest.

Brad, the owner, was extremely thorough, clean, on time, on point, and a pleasure to work with. I have dealt with many contractors that never show up or call. Brad was on time, only took 1 day, and didn't have any hidden charges. I honestly wish he was more of a general contractor because I would give him all the work I need done.
If you need anything done to your foundation, call Brad. I couldn't be more pleased.

Work on the wall was done with carbon fiber. Keystone was superb at meeting the particular needs of my project, which was complicated by an imminent home closing and need for input from a structural engineer. Zach did the primary evaluation and supervision of the work and was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Keystone's location was well out of my geographic area, and because of that I paid a higher price than I might have, but I was happy with their work and glad that I had chosen them.

We didn't have any work performed because it was no longer offered by the provider (Concrete leveling and mud jacking).

I used this company twice. First when I moved into the house in 2000, to fix a problem identified by the house inspection, and again in 2011 to correct a new problem. The work they did to fix the original problem is still good 12 years later and looks like it will last as long as the house does.They were very professional and thorough, arranging for an engineer survey and dealing with all the local building permits (important, as the local building inspector was unfamiliar with this particular technique and needed a lot of data/guidance) and inspections.

We feel that we received the best product for our needs from a very professional company. After receiving the OK, Brad's crew was out within a few days and the job was complete within a few hours. Considering the work being done, the basement was left quite clean and you would hardly know anyone had been digging outside. Brad came by before and after the job to check the work, and see if we had any questions. We gave Keystone Foundation Service an A for price, because in the scope of foundation work, they were fair priced. The amount listed, included any permits needed.
