Deb was the most helpful and patient. Always keeping an eye out for the location I needed and the budget I could afford. She was attentive, and always responded immediately when I would see a property newly listed. There were times over the 6 months I looked that I would ask about a home and she would tell me honestly what her thoughts were, if there was something that didn't fit within my VERY specific requirements. I am very very picky and she didn't loose her calm demeanor.
When problems arose she took care of them at once and even went so far as contacting my mortgage banker when answers where not forthcoming. (The underwriter decided to go on vacation and leave my application on her desk for a week, even though my closing date was that week and I could have lost my good faith money)
If you are looking for someone who is there when you need them and always goes that extra mile, to either show you homes you hadn't considered or hold your hand and give you a calming word when things start to fall apart then Deb is your person...

John and his group are the absolute best real estate agents anywhere. Extremely professional at all times, courteous and thoughtful. Kerry's staging of our home plus Johns pricing of our home was very well researched and thought out. and It produced an offer 3 days after it was listed. Actually would have been the same day but the buyers spouse was out of town. Our neighbors down the street took some bad advice from another real estate agent as to their pricing and are still waiting for an offer 3 months after listing.
John's office has had all of the paperwork out on time and correctly filled out so there is very little work for us to do except signing documents. He is also a skilled negotiator for your best interests. He has a list of service people he recommends with great contractors for just about anything that comes up during inspection. He really is a one stop shop.
We could not be happier with John and his team and our experience selling our house.
This is actually our second dealing with John. He sold us our house to us 15 years ago. When we purchased, it was the day it was listed. He has the know how and the contacts to make things happen.

I was extremely happy with John McClintock. He was very knowledgeable, competent and available. He educated me about the process, it was an excellent experience. I did not pay for his services, the seller paid.
