THE BANK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH THE PROCESS OF REFINANCING. THEY WERE PROMPT, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE POINT SYSTEM WAS EXPLAINED VERY CAREFULLY TO US. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO SOME ONE ELSE.
