I was not made aware that a rubber tub mat might compromise the finish. Denne also tried to sell me a special cleaner for the tub for $25.00. I decided then to add the non slip surface which I had not planned on. I was happy with the results.

While the Lelaks are very pleasant people, we are not pleased with the result. The caulking was not very neatly done, and though it was supposed to be mildew resistant, did not live up to that claim. I've since redone it with GE silicone and had a much better result. The caulk at the ceiling turned yellow! Their response was that caulk is not included in the warranty. I am concerned that around the new drain plug, the tub has begun to rust. They put in the drain plug before they coated the tub, and I don't believe they coated well enough under and around it. I had him out and he caulked it, but being below the water line that just mildewed. He suggested I paint it myself, rust isn't covered by warranty. I had no rust before their work. The brochure presented when they sold me the job claimed the glaze was guaranteed 5 years. Mine began wearing at 2 years. They came out and told me it was dirt build up. I bought their 25$ cleaner, to try. It's not dirt.

Dennis arrived promptly each day and completed the job on time. He and his wife Linda re-glazed our cast iron tub, installed a marble like product around the tub in three pieces and installed a glass shower door. He was tidy and took care in bringing his equipment into our home.

BATHCREST DID A VERY NICE JOB ON A VERY TOUGH SINK TO RE-FINISH. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.
