The ants had been in the house for 2-3 years and prior exterminators had no success in removing them. Western came out twice and got a serious infestation pretty well under control. We may still have a few and they will come again if the few continue.

Matt from Western Pest arrived when he said he would. He did an evaluation of the work needed and gave a cost estimate. He proceeded with the work and did a follow up the next day.

Wonderful, the provider was professional, courteous, and freely giving advice on bug maintenance and removal.

Extremely well. Jermaine came to house several times over a 6 week period of time to ensure that the problem was rectify.  He was extremely professional and responsive. Gave me cell number and was able to reach him while out of town to arrange things. Great work.  Purchase a yearly contract for additional services for outdoor pests like bees and other insects.

Came the day after I called, late in the day to accommodate my work schedule. Assessed the and isolated the problem, created and implemented remediation plan. Problem solved in 48 hours.

Overall, their service is fine; However, I wish they would contact us via telephone to schedule a convenient time, instead they send a post card with a time they've selected.

We had a good experience with them. We have an annual maintenance contract with them. We've been working with them for 6 months to a year. The annual maintenance is $400. We talked to a couple of pest control services and then started working with them. We are not usually here when they come. We’re planning to continue using them.

Their service has worked out very well.  We are very satisfied.  The man who comes, Joe, is very great.  He is very polite and informative.  He knows a lot about termites.  We enjoy him coming out to take care of our home.

They didn’t do too good of a job.  The basement floor had a piece of wood that the termites had been on and a beam came down after they treated the termites.  The beam came down this year.

They seem to be on the par course wise with the other professional exterminating services.  We have found termites a couple of times.  They were very responsive. They found the problem and treated it.  We had a problem with the stuff they were using getting into the ground water, they had the EPA there in a heartbeat.  Nothing horrible did happen.  They were just excellent.  I cannot say anything bad about them at all.  Their office staff is quite good.  They come out once a year to inspect the home.  They send a post card about a week & half with an appointment, however if it is not convenient you can always call to reschedule.

They generally do show up on time which is good.  I would recommend them.  They have been good with us we have had no problems.

They are very reliable.  They come when they tell you they are coming.  I have always been able to get the times that I have wanted.  The guys are fairly polite.  They wear their name tags and they send you an email with the picture of the person coming to your home.  I have had the same guy each time.  My first home I had termites and they treated it.  This home I just have a maintenance contract where they spray once a year and they do a termite inspection.  They are family owned.

We've had Western for a few years for pest control/maintenance. We've had very few problems, up until April, when we started to see German cockroaches (often brought in by cardboards). They've been out at least twice/month since then and the problem has only gotten worse. While the technician is very friendly, they were given ample opportunity to fix the problem and it's only gotten worse until today when we started to see them in the dining room. When I called today, July 20th, 2010, to cancel my account, the account manager hung up on me.

After repeatedly asking them to call to make an appointment before just showing up to the house, I finally gave up on them. I paid for a contract and they only did the work if someone happened to be home when they showed up. I complain a dozen times. I finally had enough with them.

They did a great. I also had ants this summer and they took care of that.
