 + -1 moreCraig did a good job! He caught a major problem with the home's exterior stucco. He missed the two slowly draining bathroom sinks. He also inadvertently omitted the leaking valve on the hot water heater in the final report. Overall, he was punctual, knowledgeable and communicated well. I would hire him again.
Description of Work: Inspected home prior to purchase. Inspected exterior stucco, too. Coordinated with another contractor (BORO) for the termite inspection.
