Craig did a good job! He caught a major problem with the home's exterior stucco. He missed the two slowly draining bathroom sinks. He also inadvertently omitted the leaking valve on the hot water heater in the final report. Overall, he was punctual, knowledgeable and communicated well. I would hire him again.

"WE CONCENTRATED ON THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE, THE MOSTLY CONCEALED WATER DAMAGE IN A NEW HOME DUE TO IMPROPERLY INSTALLED WINDOWS AND STUCCO... A COST OF WHICH WAS OVER $10,000 TO CORRECT... SLOW DRAINS CAN EVOLVE WHEN A HOUSE IS EMPTY PRIOR TO RE OCCUPANCY... OR OVER THE TIME BETWEEN THE INSPECTION AND OCCUPANCY DUE TO EXTRA HAIR IN THE SINK... IN FACT... I USUALLY WARN CUSTOMERS TO BUY SOME DRAINO BECAUSE SLOW DRAINS AFTER A HOUSE IS EMPTY IS TYPICAL. YES... I DID FORGET THE LEAKING SHUT OFF VALVE ABOVE THE WATER HEATER... LUCKILY FOR ALL... A 5 MINUTE TIGHTENING OF THE COMPRESSION FITTING... THE STUCCO DAMAGE AT THIS HOUSE ALERTED THE REST OF THE OWNERS OF HOMES IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD OF SIMILAR DEFECTS BY THE BUILDER... AND TO DATE, HAS RESULTED IN THE START OF A CLASS ACTION SUITE AGAINST THE BUILDER... FOR THIS... I BELIEVE I HAVE DONE MY CLIENT... AND THE COMMUNITY WELL...."
