I can't begin to say how amazing John is, our AC quit in the middle of the day on a Friday. We called many of the "big names" and the earliest they could come out was on Sunday. We found John's name on a Facebook Group page recommending him, we made the call at 4 pm and he showed up at our house at 5pm on a Friday in the summer. He was knowledgeable, quick to fix, professional and reasonably priced. He is now saved in our phone contacts as our go to for any heating/AC issues. I highly recommend John at Springton Pointe Aire. Thank you again John for being our AC hero!

The whole process was great overall! 

We had worked with Springton Pointe before when we needed a replacement A/C unit. I had such a good experience with Springton Point that we now call them for all of our HVAC needs.
We had Springton Pointe scheduled for annual tune-up of our heating system when Hurricane Sandy hit. We postponed our appointment due to the water in our basement. John came the next day after the water subsided and discovered our furnace was flooded to the point that the blower no longer worked and heat was building up in the unit. We are happy that he was on site so quickly after the storm as the heat build up may have been dangerous.
John worked over the weekend to get us up and running again with a replacement furnace at a reasonable cost. We have been very happy with the new energy efficient unit he installed and look forward to the monthly energy savings. Good guy. Highly recommended.

John is prompt to return calls, willing to work with your schedule, and does an impeccable job.

The owner was very applicable and forthright about what I should have done to the system and what was not worthwhile to have done.  I really appreciated his honesty.

Called John in the morning about my ac unit which was no longer cooling. He came sooner than I expected that day and had the problem solved within an hour.  Price was excellent.Very knowledgeable. I will definitely call again.

John at Springton Point Air was very responsive as we worked through the insurance approval process. They provided all of the necessary documentation in a timely manner. By the time we received approval for replacing the A/C, it was 100 degrees and he had other jobs lined up for the next few days. So, he came after a full workday and was at our house until 11pm making sure our family had A/C that very hot night. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and service-oriented. Our family is very greatful.

He provided a good service and charged a fair price. He even showed up on a Saturday night. I was very pleased overall.
