Authorized Service Provider status gives our customers confidence and enhances our reputation. Any repairs performed by an unauthorized repair center will void your warranty. Our Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians conduct diagnostics, MacPro, alterations and upgrades on Apple products. We also handle all out of warranty repairs with the same care and standards. So, even after I received the $55 service, I couldn't know the status of the drive and what to do next. I tried to talk to the technician but the technician was never available at store (or even through Phone) - I visited the store twice but didn't see him at all. And even the telephone communication (when they needed the password to computer) was done through their administrative assistant, which was not knowledgeable with IT. And the female assistant was not very friendly (and some may even feel very rude with customers). I don't recommend this place if you have other options.
