We came to Chris with a set of plans and a piece of land. He took it from there. He built a totally custom house for us with exquisite detail and top notch workmanship. He built exactly the house we wanted, not what he thought we should have. And it is gorgeous. Chris employs many highly skilled craftsman who are able to execute complex jobs without constant supervision. He also uses only the very best subcontractors. He works well with Township officials to get permits and inspections so the job goes smoothly and according to schedule. We saw an addition that he built and it looks as if it was always a part of the house. Not stuck on as so many additions do. He brings the same attention and high quality of workmanship to all jobs both large and small. We heard so many horror stories about building a custom home. But our experience was exciting and fun. I believe Chris Ryan is the main reason for that.
