FANTE FLOORING

Great! Fante's offers a wide selection for every taste and budget. They beat all of the other estimates. The brothers were helpful and took the time with me. The installers were neat, organized and courteous. The finished basement looked brand new.

Very good service. Friendly and professional in helping me think through the type of tile for the area I was using it in.
The price was higher than a big box store, but the service level and free delivery made up for it and it is a local business, which I like to support.
The optional installation was very expensive because the installers have a minimum charge, that in my small project was prohibitive for me.

Basic showroom with low-pressure sales. Very comfortable and accommodating experience, and they let us keep the sample for a few weeks while we compared with our furniture and shopped for paint colors. Flooring was promptly brought into the home for acclimation, and the install was a week later. There were a few bumps in the process that remain unsolved, but I am so glad that we chose to work with Fante. The hardwood installers were all business and worked quickly. They came out twice until the floor was installed, and Fante made two extra trips to immediately address my concerns about details. We decided to go with Fante for a smaller carpet job in the house too, and the carpet installer was very professional and friendly. The new floors are great, and Eric helped make this experience smooth. I highly recommend Fante and would work with them again without question.

We are doing more renovations to our home and needed new
flooring for the entire first floor. We researched several products and decided
on hardwood flooring.  We did the initial
once over at Home Depot and Lowes, but wanted to compare these two to the local
businesses.
Since Fante Flooring is in our neighborhood, we went in to
check them out. Eric was very helpful, making an appointment to look over our
existing floor and discussing the different types of flooring that we were interested in. Since Eric has
been in the area for years and years, he knew the layout of our house like the
back of his hand. He gave an estimate very quickly based on the hundreds of
these houses that he has seen. We looked over the product samples back at his
shop and narrowed down the choices to three samples in our price range.
We took several weeks to make the subfloor suitable for the
new floor. We placed the order for the hardwood based on Eric?s estimate (plus
some extra for waste cuts). The amount was right on!! Once the installation was scheduled, Fante?s made
the delivery of the hardwood boxes several days ahead so they could acclimate to the
temperature and humidity of our house.
While the installation went mostly straight forward, there
were a few minor issues to resolve after the installers left. Eric made it his
personal responsibility to make sure the issues were handled in a timely manner.
We are very satisfied with the product selection as well as
Fante?s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We have plans for more
flooring  as well as refinishing and will
have Fante?s do that work as well.

excellent choices available. Very good, sound advice on what would work best in my home during measurement visit. They even left some samples for me to " live with " for a couple of days to make sure I liked my choices. Very professional. Work done on time w/ no hassle & they left entire areas clean & ready to use. I am very happy with work done & would highly recommend.
