The owner Lou came out to my house to estimate the job.  His knowledge of the products and professionalism was outstanding.  He listened to my needs and provided spot on suggestions to accomplish it.  I was shocked at how great his prices were at this level of service.  His team came out to install carpet the carpet and finished in no time with zero interruptions to my schedule.  They were excellent and fast.  His tile setter did an amazing job on my fireplace.  I could not be happier.  I would recommend them for all of my flooring and carpet needs. 

They were terrific! They were on time and clean. I did have some problems with the runners but they came out to fix it with no problems.

I had a water leak in my bathroom and needed to have the laminate replaced with tile. Lou, the service rep came to my home, on time, and prepared with all of the appropriate samples of tile, laminate and cork florring options. I was interested in cork floor and he provided me with detailed information and talked through the pros and cons. With the information I was able to rule out cork and selected a fabulous tile. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and so helpful. He took the time to explain all of the steps and timing of the project. Next, Steve showed up, right on schedule and did a fantastic job on laying the tiles. He even put tile up the under the vanities which really was a perfect finishing touch. When he completed the job and left, I couldn't tell that anyone had been there. He was very careful to lay tarps down on all of my carpet leading up to the bath area. He showed up the next day, as scheduled, to do the grouting. The floor looks so fabulous. I didn't find one flaw. I am extremely happy with the overall experience of working with this company and would highly recommend them
