+ -1 moreI reached the builder through their company number and Dan spoke to me directly making a 3 pm appointment on my day off from work. I was thrilled and actually looking forward to the meeting. This was to occur on July 27th. On the day of our appointment he never showed. I waited an hour and then tried calling. I received a voice mail and stated that we had an appointment and that I was home waiting and would appreciate it if someone would call and let me know when they would be here. After an additional hour went by I called again and stated that I had waited for them on a day off (which is difficult in my schedule) and that it was unprofessional to just not show without an explanation. This company literally never returned my call and offered no apology. They have done other work in the area that neighbors were happy with so after my annoyance settled I tried to reach them again by both phone and e-mail. They have never had the professionalism to even respond.
Description of Work: This builder made an appointment with me then stood me up with no phone call or explanation. I was hoping to get an estimate to either renovate an existing Master bedroom on the first floor and add an additional bathroom by breaking through the adjoining wall or add an addition to the opposite end of my home which would include a bathroom and added multi use room. I was in the process of securing a home equity loan and was trying to project an accurate budget picture.
