We've hired Craig before for several years and several projects. He sends out postcards advertising his business which include $25 coupons with the wording and quot;never expire.and quot; After completing our job, he actually changed the total (already on the bill) to be $25 more when I handed him his $25 postcard coupon! So instead of being a $400 job, he made it a $425 so the coupon he sent us turned out to be worthless. Seems he does not value repeat customers. I was stunned by his unprofessionalism, but I paid him, and he'll never be called back to our home again based on this affront. We will try a different Angie's List plumbing contractor the next time we need one.

I called Craig because I had a leak in my basement washtub and a leak in my kitchen faucet. He called me back almost immediately and made an appointment to come the next day. When he arrived, he looked at the situations and told me that I needed a new trap in the laundry tub, which was rotted out, and a new kitchen faucet, which was also rusted out and not worth fixing.
Craig didn't have the piece of drain pipe that he needed in his truck, so while he went to get the appropriate piece, I went to purchase a new faucet. We met back at the house and he worked until both jobs were completed. Both jobs were done expertly, and he cleaned up upon completion.
Craig was very punctual, friendly and did a great job. We will use Craig again for any plumbing needs that we encounter in our home.

It went great. All work performed as expected. Also, this is quite intangible, but I appreciated having someone I felt comfortable with in my home. Craig is a small businessman. He does his own work. I have had bad experiences with techs from large plumbing companies who are not invested in the quality of what they are doing (or worse, I had a bracelet stolen from my bathroom while a tech was working). Craig just seemed like a nice guy, and I was happy to support his business.

See above for the details. Craig Shea responded quickly to our call. We have used him on a number of occasions over the years for plumbing repairs and we have been totally satisfied with his work.

Mr Shea was initially recommended to me by my Realtor when I purchased my home back in 2006. He did some minor work back then and I was completely satisfied. He is honest and does top quality work. I trust him enough to allow him to work in my place when I am away. He always cleans up afterwords and leaves paperwork where I request. Mr. Shea is my plumber of choice and has been since 2006.

Craig does all the work himself and is a complete professional (much like the plumber on the Angies List commercial). This sometimes makes it hard to schedule him. If there is any downside to his service, it would be that his price is a little higher than most. For those used to dealing with cheap, on the fly plumbers, this may be a problem. However, his quality and professionalism more than make up for a higher bill at the end of the day.

I have used this company for about eight years now. I feel that they are very reliable and very reasonable. If you call and leave a message they will always call back within an hour. They are very responsive, qualified, and competent.

CRAIG HAS DONE ALMOST ALL THE PLUMBING WORK REQUIRED IN MY HOME OVER THE YEARS. I SOMETIMES FEEL HE IS A LITTLE PRICEY BUT HE DOES STAND BY HIS WORK.
