Mike and his team were a true blessing!!! They were all professional and efficient with assessing the problem and resolving the issue. Initially, a new roof was put on my home several years prior to my ownership. The warranty was honored under my ownership without any hesitation!!! The workers took out the time to explain the issue and quickly fixed the problem that stemmed from a SEVERE storm!!!!!! I am a very gracious customer that would highly recommend Burdett Roofing & Exteriors to my friends, family and anyone looking for HIGH QUALITY ROOFING services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad. We wanted metal roofing on certain portions. The color received was totally different from the catalog color. Mike initially agreed 100% with us, but when his supplier denied there was a problem, we were expected to pay AGAIN for the metal. We refused. While we waited for the second metal roof, materials were removed including the roll of copper flashing we paid for. It never came back.... we have flashing with the roofing metal that looks horrendous, lumpy,.... Again we paid for the copper. There were not enough ridge-cap shingles so a portion on either side was left unfinished. When I questioned that he said that it is his "signature look". Funny, I see it on no other picture of projects he did. I am still waiting for the snow guards... despite many promises.... Never saw him again after he was paid... my bad, I am trusting.... Never pay a self proclaimed "honest roofer" until you are 100% satisfied.

Mike and his crew did a gutter repair and capped all the gutters with leaf guard like covers for a very reasonable price. The work was well done in a timely manner and he or his employee has returned any time I needed the gutter guard caps cleaned off. That's the sign of someone who really takes pride in their work and wants happy customers who are thrilled to recommend the company. I am one of them. Don Gordon

Overall great experience! Scheduled time to check out my roof issues, assessed what was needed at fair price and executed the job on time. Once you meet Mike you will know that you are dealing with an honest guy who prides himself in the work him and his guys do. The guys @ Burdett Roofing are the best. We had a horrible time getting a roofer to come out to our place to complete a smaller roof replacement job. When we found someone who actually took our downpayment, they delayed the job so much (6+months) we had to ask for our check back. Even though they were busy, the Burdett crew came out and had the job completed within in a couple days. The work was great, the crew was friendly, and any time I had a question or concern, they got back to us quickly. I cant recommend them enough.

Great. We have had 2 different home roofs replaced and another put on a large garage. All three jobs could not have gone better. Affordable, fast, professional and best of all honest.

Called for estimate 8/19/2019. Call returned next day and was told roof would be inspected that day and I would be called with an estimate by evening or next day. As of today 10/18/19, no estimate or follow up at all.

Mike was to the point, professional, and really showed that he cared about his word and the quality of his work. All around great guy and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a new roof.

Very quick to respond and easy to work with. Came out and fixed the vent the next week. Also gave the rest of the roof a look over while he was up there. Since it was a simple job, he didn't even charge me! Have had two big rainstorms come through since and have not seen anymore leaking from the roof. Highly recommend and would definitely hire again.

Burnett was able to come out within a couple of days and quickly diagnosed the issue as improper sealing around exhaust vents in the roof. Within a couple of hours, they made the determination and the repairs and fixed the issue, at a very reasonable price. No more leak!! Prompt, punctual, cost effective, and great service! Definitely an A+!!

He was absolutely fabulous. Best part was it was an unexpected expense and my roof was in 3 different sections and he was kind and willing to do it in 3 separate times. They were unbelievably wonderful and kind, exceptional, and clean.

I recently hired Mike Burdett and his crew to replace my roof and siding, and I could not be more happier than how it turned out and how Mike and his guys worked. Mike was extremely communicative with me leading up to the project start date, he came by the house to confirm our choices for both shingle color and siding color along with the flashing, gutters, shutters, etc. He walked the property with me to explain exactly what they would be doing and be sure that there wasn't anything we weren't on the same page about. He and his guys showed up early to start the roof removal project and finished in under a day and half. They were so professional, clean, and efficient and the roof looks great. The siding was done a few weeks afterwards and again it was such a stress-free process. Mike was in contact with me throughout making sure everything was going how I had hoped and that I was satisfied with it all. Again, we couldn't be more happy with how the finished product looks. They did an outstanding job, and Mike was such a great guy to hire. His prices were comparable or lower than majority of the quotes we received and the personal touch he puts into the job keeping us informed throughout were well worth it. I would strongly recommend Mike Burdett for any of your roofing or siding needs; you will not be disappointed and you can tell he really cares about making sure the job is done exactly how you want it and takes a lot of pride in his work.

He did a great job. His crew was really friendly, they clean up after themselves. They got done in one.

It was great. They even came to check on the roof.
