I was not super happy with them. The owner of the company that I talked to gave me a lot of information, but he sort of acted like he was doing me a huge favor; I just did not like his attitude. He sent somebody out here who was actually supposed to take my computer in to get the information off it, but he ended up working on my computer here. I did not expect him to do that, and I was charged a lot more than I had expected to pay. He did something to the computer to get it working again, but it really did not work. I did not want to call them back again because they had such a lot of disclaimers on their contract that I figured they were going to charge me some more. I am just going to take the computer to a store to get it fixed. I wasn’t really pleased with them. They were expecting me to buy a new computer from them. I gave them the price of the computer to see if they could match it, but it did not work for me. The technician they sent out was a nice guy, but I think he probably did not understand exactly what he was supposed to do. They might be great for doing big jobs for companies, but I am not sure if they are the right fit for someone who uses a personal computer. I would not use them in the future.

I like that I have the option to either take my computer in to them or to have them come out to my computer for a little bit extra. They were very good about calling me back and being responsive to me. They are very efficient. They have someone on call twenty four seven. The first time I contacted them was a Sunday afternoon and they were still willing to look my computer over. They have been able to help me out in a couple of tight squeezes. I give BizTech all A's.
