Rick Graff, from Batten to Beam Inspections is truly a professional in the Home Inspection business From the time he first contacted me and set up the date and time to the actual inspection itself. He was early to the appointed time, which I was very impressed by, His knowledge and willingness to share and educate me during the inspection process was immeasurable. Not having ever purchased a home or having gone through this before I had many questions and Rick took his time to answer them and explain his findings. After the inspection was completed Rick emailed us the next morning with his full reporting and findings with detailed pictures and video of the roof inspection that he used a Drone to video the top of the with. The reason for this was the building was too tall and had many power lines that would have created a unsafe inspection by ladder. When asked about certain findings, he immediately emailed back responses and explanations.
