After calling this company numerous times to complain and request repair of the system, I asked for my money back. The company will not honor the clause in its contract that says it will refund money if homeowner is not satisfied with radon levels in the home. They do not care. They just want more money each time they come out to sell you something else.
They also don't do what they say they are going to do. The clause in initial proposal said they would treat the crawlspace but they did not. Now they want to sell me crawlspace treatment at an additional charge.
This is radon we are talking about- a threat to your family's health. These
