I'm completely satisfied with the company's work.  Their craftsmanship is excellent and the job was completed in a timely manner after I had selected the fabric.

They did a magnificent job. When I called and described the job they gave me a tentative quote and arrived the next day to assess it and pick it up. I could have decided then not to have it done but it is worth it. They estimated about 2 - 3 weeks but I got a call back a week later that it was done and they delivered it right away.

Mr. Bak promptly returned my call for an estimate and arrived at my house in a few days to look at the twin living room sofas which my cat and dog had disfigured. His estimated cost for work and materials was in similar range of 3 others I received. However, he seemed to have better knowledge of the structure of the sofa and his estimate for completion assured that I would have the work done before the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. His workshop has extensive sample books of materials which I was able to sign out and take home. His staff picked up the sofas and amazingly, the work and delivery was 1 and 1/2 weeks ahead of schedule. The sofas look like new (he added padding where needed and tightened was was necessary). I would recommend Mr. Bak without reservation.

The work was quick and high quality.

They are astoundingly good. He is perfect in his work and manner. Its not inexpensive but it is definitely worth the price.

Mr. Bak came to my home and gave a rough estimate, contingent on my eventual choice of fabric, then came again with a helper to pick up the chair. I visited his shop to choose fabric(although he can bring samples if the customer prefers). The chair was ready in a couple of weeks and is very sturdy and beautiful.

THIS IS A VERY SMALL SHOP AND THEY DO TOP QUALITY WORK AT A GOOD PRICE. THEY HAD A VERY GOOD SELECTION OF FABRICS TO CHOOSE FROM, THEY CAME AND GOT THE CHAIRS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY RETURNED THEM, BEAUTIFULLY REUPHOLSTERED, LESS THAN FOUR WEEKS LATER (THEY'D SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT SIX WEEKS). MR. BAK AND HIS ASSOCIATE ARE VERY AMIABLE AND POLITE. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS A PLEASURE.
