I ordered a patriotic bouquet for a family member's view/ing/funeral service the day before (as soon as I had notice of the date of the service). He was a veteran. I did this through Lana's Flower Boutique website. Everything went fine with the order and I left instructions to please deliver before 10 a.m. the next day in time for the service. I never received a call, but the flowers never arrived. When I returned to my home office, there was an e-mail advising that my order had been cancelled and I should call for the reason. When I called, they advised me that the web people didn't notify them until 9:20 a.m. the day of the funeral and they didn't have red, white and blue flowers anyway. I was extremely upset because flowers from our branch of the family were never received. If the website doesn't work properly, why have one? And if you don't have red, white, blue flowers - what kind of flower shop are you? It's not like this was Valentine's Day. Extremely upset and would never order from them again.
