Flooring, Carpet Installation
Came recommended from a friend. The house is a vacation home that I rent. And since I live in New Jersey and the house is in PA I paid in full.... my bad...I'll never do that again. Everything went well until the work started. He pushed off the start date, it took him 3 days to do the job... "My helper is sick", "truck is broke"...."the sun was in my eyes'...etc. I didn't care that it took him longer, the house was empty, so no big deal. After he "finished" I called in the cleaning service to make sure the house was ready for the next guests. The service told me that one of the closets upstairs was not done. I called John and he told me ""oops" must have missed that and that he would get right on it. Dozens of phone calls, text messages, and promises, and 9 months later the closet is still not done. What a loser.
