Pros: Rick is not inexpensive. He is a master craftsman who can do plumbing, electricity, tile work, and woodworking. He has an eye for detail, is very thoughtful and careful when working in your home. He enjoys the design process very much. His work is fabulous!
Cons: Not always the most punctual individual but usually calls when he is going to be late. Also, as he is getting busier, he has a difficult time with scheduling. You need to be VERY honest about time frame expectations. It is best to be flexible but when you cannot, you must make deadline expectations quite explicit.
