Jack called back the same day and showed up to assess and confirm the previous installation and the remaining warranty time on the unit. He was back the next morning with a new unit. Nice installation and clean up and ran a water test on our well water as well as assessing and explaining our existing water filtering system, The price of the installation was what was quoted the previous day. We were very pleased with his knowledge and services. Very friendly and helpful staff.
