One of the most recent repairs turned out to be a big project.  My wife was concerned that her 04 Honda Civic's heater was not working very well in this past Pennsylvania winter.  I took the Honda to Integrity Auto where the owner, Mark Benson, did a coolant analysis and discovered that the head gasket was leaking, causing the coolant level to fall below the level were there was not enough coolant to run through the heater core to heat the vehicle.   The Honda was nearing the mileage marker where it needed the timing belt changed and as customary, to also change the water pump.  The check engine light was also coming on periodically and indicated that a new O2 sensor was needed.
This was a LOT of work, but was completed in less than three work days, the head and block were checked for warpage and found to be just fine.  I was very impressed at the attention to detail.  I like to keep vehicles going forever and appreciated the attention to detail.  There were also some helpful suggestions for future repairs and replacements that I passed on either because they were minor items, or were somethings that I was brave enough to repair myself.
Mark also offers a very long warranty for his parts and labor.  He uses quality parts that will last as long as the original parts.  His rates are fair and the quality of his work and that of his mechanics are the best in the area.
Best of all, my repair bill was lots lower than it would have been at the Honda Dealer.  The Honda now runs like a top, heats good and is ready to cross the 200K mark soon.
