I was a customer of superior years ago but dropped them due to there constant lateness for applying the proper fertilizers. For example, the service to help keep your lawn green during the long hot summer months which according to their web site is supposed to be applied in June or July got applied in September long after the hot summer was over. This happen two years in a row, so I dropped them. A few years later they called me and asked me to come back to them. I explained what previously happened and they ensure me they corrected this, so I signed back up last spring. Last year they were late with most services but not as bad, and last fall I requested a lawn airation, but late November they still didn't show up so I had to cancel it. Although I should have known better I signed up for one more year, so expecting them this spring in March or April according to there web site is when this should be applied. With the hard winter we had my lawn really needed it, but after the first week of May they still haven't shown up. At this point I decided to call and cancel my service with them, and of course they said the guy was out in the truck that day and they weren't sure if they could cancel in time, but they said they would try. When I got home that night they weren't there so I assume they canceled in time, but again to my surprise 2 days later I came home from work and find out they didn't cancel my service. So not only did they lie to me about the guy being on his way 2 days earlier, they didn't cancel my service. At this point I am still trying to cancel my service and waiting for my refund.

We like Superior Lawn care for lawn maintenance.  However, we would not recommend them for landscaping based on our experience this summer.  We scheduled an appointment with a member of their landscaping team, but on the day of the appointment he did not come.  My husband had left work early to be there for the meeting, and was thus very frustrated.  We called and were told that the landscape salesperson was out of the office.  They gave us his cell phone number and we left a message.  He called about 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time to say that he was running late and would just be leaving from his office.  He did finally arrive for the estimate around 40 minutes late.  He did not apologize of explain the error.  He listened to our ideas about landscaping, took measurements, and promised to call and email with information about Superior's estimate.  It has now been three weeks and he never called or made contact again.  I think this was particularly troubling because we have been regular customers of Superior lawn care for two years and we expected much better service. 

We've had them for the last couple of years and we are pleased. My neighbor used them and they took care of their deadline. They call because we have a dog. They call in advance to let us know when they are coming out and have to make arrangement regarding our dog. We've been satisfied with them.

I would recommend them.  They are really good.  They spray for weeds and if the weeds come back they comeback and redo.  They backup their work.  They charge $35 for grass and shrubs are $50.  The shrubs are done by one guy and the grass by a different one.  If they don’t spray my rhododendrons they die so I get them to spray it every year.  They come when they are supposed to and they keep my grass looking great.  The staff is very helpful.  Price wise I would like them to be cheaper.  They do not use granular that is nice about them.  The person I had before them used granular and it was all over my driveway, all over my side walk and I asked them not to do that and they did that so I never called them back.  My dogs walk on the side walk and they have the stuff in their feet.  I really like that Superior Lawn Care uses a liquid spray and it dries and within a couple of hours the pets can go on it.

They are absolutely fabulous and I love them.  I used to use them before and I had changed to another company but they just did not come up to their standards.  They are worth the money.  They know what they are doing.  The people never quit working.  The teams they have seem to like their work.  They like the process of it.  I have never seen anyone go into the bushes and pull out every leaf inside the middle of the bush.  If other members really want their yard to give them utmost satisfaction and enjoy looking at it day after day weeks after they have been there, this is the company to go with.  They are a little more but you definitely get more.

I have used the company for years.  In general, I have been pleased.  Especially when I have had any issues (like weeds in yard), they have returned and resprayed.  I was displeased when the price went up slightly one year and I was not advised about it.  It was explained when I called.
Brown Group (hardscape proposal) was very well done.  Individual arrived as scheculed, understood my needs, (took some pictures), sent written proposal when expected.  I will be securing 2 more bids, but I was very pleased with initial involvement.

Our experience with them was so much better than our previous company!
They are very professional and quick to follow up to ensure that you are happy with the service.
Superior is a little bit more expensive than some other companies but well worth it.
A couple of our neighbors are still with the previous company and their yards looked Absolutely Terrible this past season compared to ours!

They arrive with truck, apply product with hose, place notice of application in front yard and in front door and leave.

They come out 4 times a year to spray, and if we still have a problem, they will come out free and spray again. They show up when they are supposed to show up, and if I call them when I am not happy with some weeds or if I see some dandelions, they will come right back and re spray.

They left the literature at the door that’s how I got to know about them.  And they have lawn service and landscaping arm and that’s what I was interested in, and they do both for me.  They did spring spray last week.  Around Valentine’s Day the landscaper came to discuss what needed to be done for spring clean up.   I contacted them to do both lawn care and for spring clean not to have an estimate but to have an actual look at.  The estimate is free.  It is nice to have a landscape planner that knew what they were talking about.  They were knowledgeable and also did exactly what I told them to do.  Sometimes they don’t, so I was quite specific and he noted down everything that I wanted to get done.  I think they are reliable.  In the past, I have had called people, who never showed up, that was frustrating.  They need to have some work done.  I can’t rate everyone highly, they just feel lazy.

Prior to any work done, you will set up an initial appointment to receive the estimate. They measure the area to be treated and go over the plans and recommendations. They are very knowledgable and patient and will answer any questions you may have. Once you have established a schedule, the company calls a day or two prior to coming out. The applications usually are done in mid-morning and they will leave the completed work order hanging on my front door. The tech is usually in and out within 30 minutes for my area which includes the front, side and back yards. In addition, the lawn tech will identify any other issues that may need addressed along with recommendations. If I notice any problems between application dates, I can call and will always get a prompt response. They offer free resprays if warranted between applications, such as when weeds start to pop up or the lawn seems to lack nutrients.

We have been using them for about two years.  They come out on a quarterly basis.  They do a good job in general.  We pay them per visit.

I agreed to have them treat the lawn quarterly. They consistently come, and my lawn looks better. When I had something strange growing in the yard, they promptly came and told me what it was and how to treat it. I get a discount for paying upfront for the year, which I appreciate.

DO EXCELLENT WORK, HAVE USED FOR 4 OR 5 YEARS, WITH CONSISTENTLY GOOD RESULTS.
