The water is definitely much cleaner now. The system works fine and looks neatly and professionally installed. I was disappointed that we had just missed out on their 20% off promotion just weeks prior to our purchase.

Over the last 20 years i have removed lots of Martins water conditioning products and systems.I thought the workmanship was very poor and the customers were very unhappy with the company.This is why they called me to remove Martins equipment and had me install mine.

The technician, Peter, came out today to maintenance our osmosis system for our drinking water and water softener. He added salt to water tanks as needed, changed the water filter and backwashed everything, and tested the water’s hardness/iron and PH levels to see if there were any problems. He also helped determine why an outside faucet had little to no water pressure. He explained what functions all the water tanks perform. He was very thorough and pleasant. He took time to make sure we understood what services he completed and answered all our questions
