He was fast, efficient and courteous. I also showed him several other things that needed repaired and he told me what he could & couldn't help me with and gave me an approximate cost. I feel very lucky to find a handyman that I can trust and who has reasonable prices.

The interaction was excellent. The amount of time he spent on it and the quality of the work was excellent. He let us know what he was doing each step of the way. He came and got us and showed us what caused the problem and what he was going to do to fix it.

I was very pleased with Kevin's Property Services. They were very punctual. They did a great job on the painting. They did it in one day which I was very pleased with. They were very nice and polite. They respected that I worked at home so they worked in the crew and they didn't make a lot of noise. They worked very quickly and professionally. Their clean-up was immaculate. I plan to use them in the future.
