An estimate/proposal was provided which allowed us to comparison shop for this service. This vendor was the most responsive when called for the estimate. The prices quoted were the best of three. A senior citizen discount was provided based on a coupon after the initial quote was set.
After the proposal was accepted a date for service was arranged immediately.
On the date of service the crew, lead by the company owner, arrived on time prepared to go to work. The tree trimming was done by tree climbing using ropes, not by the use of a bucket truck. This allowed for precise trimming of those limbs which were to be cut without disturbing those limbs to stay.
The operation was conducted using safe procedures including harnesses while in the trees. The crew was very careful not to cause damage from falling limbs. An extensive amount of cutting was required and a large amount of debris was created. All debris included leaves not caused by the trimming operation were cleaned up and hauled away.
The service was completed in a very timely manner to our complete satisfaction.
The bill was for the exact amount of the initial proposal minus the discount.
