AERO , provided a two man crew that finished the job in two days time. Great workmanship , and neat , clean installation.

Did a super job from proposal (Jason) through system installation (Tom and Andrew).  I would choose ten again.

I will not renew with this company before I shop around a lot. I am pretty confident that I can find a more customer friendly supplier.

The first time, they gave a pretty good cleaning. The second time, they examined the blower. They never find the source of smell but they did a good job.

The provider called and was able to schedule the appointment around my schedule.  As promised, the technicial called when he was on his way.  He was very professional and polite.  He cleaned the furnace, installed the programable thermostat and took the time to answer questions I had on the upstairs radiators.  He did not leave until he had tested everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with the answers to my questions.

Called last week to have oil delivered.  I was told that they couldn't come for another 2 days, luckily I still have oil &  I only wanted to top off my tank while the prices of oil per gallon are under 3.00. 
The receptionist who answered the call informed me that Aero's minimum delivery is 150 gallons for $508!!!!
Trying to rip people off because people need oil.

He was very good. He could not flush out all of the incitements. He did stay and try to get as much out as possible, but there was just too much, and the part would break and he did not have that extra part with him. He did do the pressure check also. He were very willing and I would recommend them.

Difficulties continue to arise with pricing and delivery models.  For me, it's difficult to know when/how  to purchase, esp. something called "pre-buy".  Their on-line tracking is difficult to follow to see how much remains.

They deliver whenever their schedule permits and sometimes you may not wish to have more product at a higher price.  It just seems as if there should be a better way.  Customer service is uneven - perhaps  because  it is so confusing?

Tank installation went well and they hooked me up with an excavator who was far cheaper than others.  Happy with service overall but billed me twice for items that should have been covered in original estimate, removed one charge but kept late charge after I questioned their billing.  Propane is expensive relative to other providers, but tank installation was good.

Everything has gone just fine. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were in and out fairly quickly. They left no mess behind.

Aero did not honor the Angie's list coupon they had listed online, instead the salesman agreed to a modified coupon after I negotiated with him.  I was disappointed that I had to push him on this, but was okay to move forward.  I also had to negotiate the price with him twice, as his prices changed as per market value, though I got close to his original quote.  As the winter progressed they failed to deduct my coupons, when I contacted them to address the issue it took weeks and multiple attempts until I got a response.  They did not back date the coupons as they had made an error, but instead they said they would deduct it from future deliveries.  I was uncomfortable with this as they had already proven themselves unreliable.  I would recommend going with another provider, as I am this year.

Initially, all went well. But in the middle of the cold snap my wife got very nervous about only having a 1/4 tank of fuel oil. We tried to get a delivery and they tried to deliver, but the driveway was icy and the driver didn't want to chance sliding off the driveway trying to deliver oil. We asked them to try again after I had added salt to the driveway, but it wasn't enough to completely satisfy them. But, my wife persuaded them to try again and they were able to come to make the delivery. But, they had a tough time leaving the premesis as the driveway was still somewhat icy. They tried multiple times and finally exited the driveway. We then agreed that scheduling it monthly would work out for both parties since the oil delivery person could make deliveries when the weather was good and we would keep the oil level higher in case of a terrible storm or some other disaster, we would have more than the minimum amount of fuel oil.

Kennie was friendly yet professional, as with the people in the office.  He gave my mother the prices which were fairly good, but since her credit isn't that good now, she couldn't use their services because they require a $450 security deposit upfront if your credit is not good, so she didn't have the money for that.  The people at Aero were very nice and efficient , I believe they would be a good choice if one has good credit.

Mike was a really great serviceman. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected and cleaned the furnace, explaining and educating my on my system as he went. He vacumed out the system and the furnace chimney and was very thorough in inspecting my system including checking my oil tank, piping and checked the overall efficiency of the unit. He gave me suggestions on how to best to take care of the unit prolonging it's life.

Their price changes every year. They were the best place at that time. They come depending on the weather, depending on how cold it is. They can just figure out when they should show up. They just come and they leave a notice on the door with the bill. They're very good.
