When we got the bill I called and asked why they filled the oil and I was told we were a customer on auto. delivery. We weren't, not only were we not a oil customer but the price was 24.9cents more a gal than our regular oil co. I asked to speak to Mr. Hinds regarding the bill, price and not authorizing the filling of the tank. My calls were not returned untill i told them to come and pump the oil out of out tank. On top of that they started adding late fees, finaly Mr. Hinds and I came to a agreement regard the price on the bill and that we would not be using them for our heating oil.
