The working crew was wonderful and always showed up on time. The supervisor was hard to get a hold of if there was a problem such as a leak in the shower. We have called, emailed and no response. We thought it took about three weeks longer than it should have. While the work was being done he would be in and out for about five minutes at a time. But the workers were great.

I was very happy with their services. I would highly recommend them.

Phone tag with Will for over 2 months about replacing the handrail. The removal of the old steps went reasonably well. The assembly of the steps had minor problems, ie, breaking off a been set into the wall, and to re-plaster where the tread had been dovetailed into the wall. There are gaps between the risers and the tread, and the trim that was offered to hide these gaps did not complement the steps, so it was not utilized.

This company was a dream come true after being exposed to two previous nightmare contractors. After putting on an entire second story on our home, we were left with no way up to it. RGA, Inc. finished out the interior of a major project. The entire crew was intelligent, reliable and clean. We told them that I had asthma and the dust had to be kept to a minimum. Every day the job sight was beautifully clean requiring a slight vacuum of our carpet. All the workers arrived on time exactly when they said they would daily. RGA also uncovered some serious flaws in the construction by the previous contractors, brought it to our attention, and suggested economical and effective ways to correct the problem. They answered all our questions and told us how to do the pieces of our renovation that we had planned on doing on our own. Communication with the project coordinator, Will, was always just a cell phone call away. We recommend RCA highly and would use them again anytime.

THEY DID INCREDIBLE WORK. IT WAS AN OLDER HOME AND THEY KEPT THE CHARACTER OF SOME OF THE OLDER QUIRKS BUT UPDATED THE SPACE TO MAKE IT AIRY AND LIGHT. BEAUTIFUL CARPENTRY WORK. VERY CLEAN AND KEPT TO THE SCHEDULE. ALL OF THE WORKERS WERE POLITE AND EXPERIENCED. THEY DID NOT CUT CORNERS WITH MATERIALS OR QUALITY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY FOR REMODELING AND FOR HOME BUILDING. ESPECIALLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR THEIR WOOD WORKING AND CABINETRY WORK.
