Everything went very smoothly. Gerry is a true professional - he sticks to his budget, is always on time, and never breaks his word. It took him about 2.5 weeks to complete the project, given some rain and bad weather. When he was done, there were no leaks, the water management of the roof was much improved, and our home was cooler. He provides a clear and accurate estimate of the required services and costs involved, and sticks to it very well. He maintains excellent communication, and lets the customer know when the job will start, when he will be present, when he will not be present, and when he believes things are wrapping up. He is a true gentleman, and cleans up the work site each and every day, unlike many other service providers - he takes great pride in his work, and this is why we shall continue to utilize him for our home improvement projects in the future. You may see the comment about Gerry not answering the phone in another review - this is because he is working very hard, and will always get back to the customer when he has a moment break.

Jerry and his crew did a lot! They removed a large, rotten deck over a flat roof garage, power washed the concrete underneath, applied GacoFlex epoxy roof material to the concrete, removed rotten siding and placed aluminum flashing along the side of the home, re-flashed two chimneys, installed a glass block window, repeated some cracked mortar along the side of the garage, installed a pull down attic access, and installed an aluminum gutter system along the back of our home. Another reviewer comments on having some difficulty reaching Jerry, but that's pretty much because he has his hands tied while working! He ALWAYS got back to me each and every day for an update!!

Jerry was very professional and friendly. He did the entire job himself in a timely manner. The only negative, if any, is that he is busy but he will get back to you when he can. Once the job is started, he's there until it's finished and he even came back to check on things a week later after a rain. The roof and porch have been perfect since.
