Seemed to go okay until rain came. Contractor was in prepared and scrambled to cover the concrete. After about 18 months, concrete started to crack and chip. Called and he said he would use a skim coat to fix. It is now 36 months and after several calls, texts and even face to face meeting, nothing has been done to fix the situation and the concrete is deteriorating. Would not recommend.
