Chris Frank Remodeling

It went well.  It needed to be done by 7/27/2014, which was the day before the sale of the home.  The home is a three-story Victorian with only a narrow walkway between it and the neighboring home.  This made access to the chimney extremely difficult. Scaffolding and ladders didn't work because of the narrow space between the homes.  In order to access the chimney and steep roof he had to remove the fence surrounding our back yard, bring a bucket trailer and maneuver it into place with a skid-steer in our tiny back yard.  He also had to extensively trim our tree to get access.  He used a great deal of creativity to accomplish this task, he was friendly, easy to work with, and above all he exhibited a great degree of professionalism in his work.  He even stopped by on the morning of the final walk through to answer any questions the home buyers had about the work he performed. Update:  the new owners contacted him after the sale with a concern about the water heater, and he performed the work for free.
