CAMPBELL CONTRACTING

Every time I called him to fix the door,  he says he has the flu.  This has been over the course of a year and a half.  He just doesn't want to come back to finish the job.  I have paid him and he has not finished it.  I had such a good experience when he was here, and then I asked him to fix something he won't come back to do it. 

When he came to install the door he showed up exactly when he said he would and he brought a helper and he got the job done in one day but he doesn't want to come back to make it right. 

Unfortunately there are some good things that I can say about him, but he is just not interested in picking up the pieces when something goes wrong.   I thought the price was reasonable because it was a heavy job and he had to bring a helper.

The representative from Anderson Windows  that came to our home to see the door said that it was not installed correctly.  I will not use this company again in the future.

We have used Campbell Contracting several times over the last 4 years for a variety of jobs, both big and small.  The quality of work is exceptionally good.  They come on time and don't move on until the project is completed.  When the inevitable, unexpected problem arises, there is a clear discussion of the problems/issues and solutions.  The price may be on the high side, but it's worth every penny!!  We will continue to use Campbell Contracting for our home contracting needs.  They are the best!

I contacted Todd Campbell on a strong recommendation from a family member. He visited my home and provided an estimate for the work. He also took the time to measure and discuss future projects. I asked a LOT of questions. He was very patient. He didn't overload me with details but he took the time to educate me about why he finds it important to use superior products. While I found his price to be slightly higher than the competition, I chose him because I could sense his caring and professionalism. Unfortunately, the work did not go according to plan. The sliding glass door I ordered from Andersen through Home Depot arrived damaged and missing parts. I decided to continue with the installation, but it turned out to be a headache for Mr. Campbell. He and his assistant spent a lot of extra time on the job and they wound up coming back the next day to complete the work. He could not install my screen door because it was missing parts. This really wasn't a big deal for me to re-order the screen door from Home Depot and install that piece myself. He explained how it just slides into the track. That's why I was really touched when he offered to take $100 off of the installation price because he could not perform that work for me. His offer to lower his price really surprised me because he'd had to drive back to my house for an unplanned second day of work and pay his assistant for the extra hours. The capping he did around my sliding glass door and garage door was absolutely beautiful and the door works beautifully. At the end of the first day and again after the work was completed, they took the time to clean up. They were very clean and professional. They were nice to my dog. Mr. Campbell even held my baby for me for a couple of minutes while I wrote the check. Wow! In short, this contractor is one in a million. He really cares about his customers. His work is excellent. We'll DEFINITELY use him again...and we'd be glad to call him a friend.

We were pleasantly surprised and happy with it. They were wonderful. We are planning to have them do some other work too in our house. They came on time, finished the work on time and cleaned up after themselves. The price was same as the estimate they had quoted. We were happy with the price.
